Kaylee Paolella
Kaylee Paolella is an artist who works with the imaginative. She aims to intertwine the familiar with the unfamiliar, creating new illustrative realms for viewers to explore. In the fantastical and sometimes bizarre scenes she brings to life, she invites audiences into surrealist narratives that hold meticulous attention to detail. Kaylee is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University and studied in France at the École des Beaux-Arts de Nantes Saint-Nazaire. When not shut away in the studio, she can often be found on Mackinac Island, Michigan where inspiration is easy to come by. She currently lives in the Chicago land area.
